The location was a bit hard to find but most people use the mobile service so that is not an issue. My husband and I tried several products to remove the marks without success. Jeff answered the phone right away and stopped by our house a couple hours later to take a look. He had told me that if it went no deeper than the clearcoat, he could address it, but any deeper than that would be a paint job. He used our high-end polishing compound that we had tried without success, but applied serious elbow grease for 10 minutes: voila! What’s left is basically not visible, and when we get the car waxed, no one will ever see.
